As Principal Designer, Janice has done interior design and decorating for residential spaces and home staging for the real estate market for the past 14 years. Drawing from her educational background in art and design, and work experience in the retail fashion field, Janice has successfully planned and executed original designs for interiors from the Bay Area to Southern California. She works from architectural plans, coordinating projects with contractors, craftsmen and artisans to assure that her clients’ visions come to life. She also creates room concepts, draws floor plans and elevations and plans color palettes, furniture placement, window treatments and accessories. She has experience in designing custom pieces such as cabinetry, bookcases, closets, built-ins, mantels and other architectural details such as shelving and window and door trim. Janice’s main focus is residential interiors, but she has consulted on exterior remodels and commercial projects as well. As a stager, she has worked with realtors throughout the Bay Areato turn their listings into warm, inviting market-ready homes, many of which have sold in record time, well above asking price.
